Sister, Surgery, Successful

Just a short update entry tonight.

My sister  had her surgery this morning.  No surgery is fun but the outcome was successful.  The good news is that they only had to take one ovary and left the other for the future where she can still hopefully have children if she so chooses.

The cancer has been very slow moving and did not spread.  That is the best news ever.  She will still have to go through Chemotherapy to kill all the active cells that still may reside in her.

Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.  Luv ya!  TTFN

Wonderful news hon! I will continue to keep her in my prayers on the smoke. I didn't realize she had ovarian cancer. Hopefully she will still be able to have children if she wishes in the future. Stay safe and loved dear friend. (Hugs) Indigo

That's wonderful news about your sister.  Now it's time to put our team colors on and root for our championship team.  I've got to come up with something for the Chargers, but have a good blue sweatshirt for the Giants.  By the way, my picks aren't very popular at my house, so I'm the opposition this week!
